Freaked The Fuck Out!!!

Okay...I have been awake for the better part of two days now. The whole situation here at the apartment has gotten WAY freakier. And whatever seems to have followed me home from our last investigation ain't pretty. Pinning me down while I try to sleep or always feeling watched. We had a couple guys from the team over this last night and they saw some really freaky shit. One was in the bathroom and he said it reminded him of something out of the movie "The Grudge". That explains feeling like we are being watched in the shower. Then another was in the corner of the room on my side of the bed. We may have actually caught some stuff on video. We'd be checking out the bedroom and hear footsteps and stuff coming from one of the other rooms. And you could just feel it. Most of the rooms in the house had some form of presence. And they still do. We even saged the house and used sea salt. Now whatever is here is pissed right the fuck off. [img]eek.gif[/img]

Yeah...this is NOT fun in the least. I can deal with most things and not get freaked out or spooked but this is an entirely different ballpark. And we are pretty sure we have identified it as a demon. So in a nutshell we are in DEEP SHIT! [img]eek.gif[/img]

We finally called in some reinforcements of the wiccan sort, and we finally got the place cleansed. Fully cleansed this time. A couple of the people who came over were far more experienced that either of us, and after one of them getting attacked multiple times, they finally trapped it in a crystal prison of sorts, and it went by-by. They also spent the better part of 2 hrs argueing with a 3yr old ghost who refused to leave before she was finally sent to the other side, and we found out that the ghost cat we have here which is really friendly I might add, keeps eating our fish. I can live with the cat, I could have even dealt with the child, but the demon was the last straw. I also found out that the dagger (my athame) which has a demon on the pommel, and norse dragons on the cross guard, is alot more powerful that I had originally realised. The demon on the pommel is of tibetian origin, and even though it is a demon, it is a "good" demon, for protection. So from what I was told, it is an "astral weapon" meaning that it can physically harm spirits and such but not kill them. This explains why when ever I would have the dagger on my person the demon would hide and would not come near me or anything. To bad I didn't recognize the connection before now. Also, remember the post on Rosie's board bout the graveyard dirt that I had used against my ex's hubby out in Sheridan? Turns out that the grave I took the dirt from belonged to the child of an 8th degree mason. Some of my family has been in the masonic order, and from what I know about it the people who attain that kind of status, are quite powerful. I'm thinking that the spirit of the mason dude is the only thing that was keeping the demon from hurting rosie and I. I may have had some karmic backlash from the negative stuff I sent back to that other dude, but what is bad is sometimes really good. Everything happens for a reason, and I am thankful that everything happened really good this time.

Needless to say I have been doing ALOT of sleeping from that time when I didn't sleep. The one really bad entity or demon that was here was predatory against women. The EMF reader was going apeshit in that general area and when Brian set it on the floor the meter was moving on its own. The entire night was both cool yet spooky. Especially when Betty got drained. She could barely stand. I was wishing the fucker would have gone after me. The 3 year old little girl that was here was funny. She wanted to stay and was throwing a temper tantrum. It is hard enough to reason with a 3 year old living child let alone a mischievous little ghost. Anyway, we took the dirt back to the grave and that entity disappeared. The grave was that of an F.M. Huddleston. Here he called himself THOLMUS. Take some of the letters from his name and rearrange them and you get THOLMUS. Anyway, no more ghosts in the house except that of a cat that keeps messing with my fish. [img]eek.gif[/img]

Gawd I don't know. At least nothing else has happened and no more fish have up and disappeared. It is pretty bad when you can't find little fishie bodies for the ones that come up missing and you don't have an actual living cat to eat them....just a ghost cat that walks through walls and messes with my yarn and shit.
